Abstract :

“Eco-friendly” Flooring is Not Just a Style. “Eco-friendly” flooring includes flooring that is Sustainable, Green, Recyclable Contents, Leaves a small carbon footprint or has low VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

There are different degrees of green associated with different types of flooring. The term ‘eco friendly’ has a very simple meaning. The ecological system of this planet is the way the environment is run in a proper manner so that it doesn’t hurt nature in any way.

        Eco friendly floors are actually the flooring in a home or office, or any work place in which any type of floor is spread which does not harm the environment in any way, or has a limited effect on the environment. “Eco-friendly” flooring is generally made from biodegradable and renewable materials such as cork, bamboo, some hardwoods, concrete, linoleum, rubber and even recycled carpet.
